We look up APK dates in open RDW data and email a reminder; a maintenance calendar is next.
HomeZero aims to handle the physical side of running a business: vehicles, printer paper and ink, even the coffee in the pantry. Today we send APK reminders by hand.
APK is the Dutch periodic vehicle inspection, similar to the MOT.
HomeZero aims to be the invisible AI layer that handles the physical hassle of running a business, so nothing runs out, expires or gets forgotten. We start with vehicles, then supplies such as printer paper, ink and toner.
We look up APK dates today and aim to cover more recurring jobs later.
Vehicles, supplies and upkeep in one place, instead of in your head and a pile of notes.
We aim to prepare the work; later, HomeZero AI asks for your approval before it acts.
Five areas HomeZero wants to take off your hands. Each shows its status, so you know what exists and what does not yet.
We look up APK dates in open RDW data and email a reminder; a maintenance calendar is next.
We aim to message you before printer paper, ink, toner and other supplies run out, first as a reminder service.
We aim to restock coffee, drinks and food used inside your company, such as in the canteen and pantry.
We aim to plan upkeep of buildings and equipment and keep warranty dates in one place.
We aim to grow from a few vehicles to fleets and several locations. A logistics AI for your warehouse is a long-term idea, far from built.
HomeZero AI, the layer that will prepare these jobs for your approval, is planned. It does not exist yet.
Pick a feature and see how HomeZero aims to handle it behind the scenes.
We look up APK dates in open RDW data and email a reminder.
Today we do this by hand. Next: a maintenance calendar per vehicle and garage quote requests. Later, HomeZero AI aims to plan jobs and book appointments, with your approval.
We aim to message you before printer paper, ink and toner run out.
First as a reminder service: we aim to message you when paper, ink, toner or other supplies need reordering. Later, HomeZero AI aims to place those orders for you, with your approval, once a supplier allows it.
We aim to restock coffee, drinks and food for your office or canteen.
For food and drink used inside a company: coffee, canteen and pantry. We aim to spot what runs low and prepare the reorder for your approval. It is planned, not built.
We aim to plan upkeep of buildings and equipment in one calendar.
One calendar for servicing and checks of premises and equipment, plus warranty dates. We aim to help diagnose faults. HomeZero AI would suggest the next step; you approve it.
From a few vehicles to fleets and several locations, in one overview.
We aim to grow with you, from one vehicle to a fleet, one site to several. A logistics AI that runs a company's warehouse is a long-term idea, far from built.
Illustration of the idea, not the product.
Fill in the form, then confirm your email address. We then email you to ask what you want covered. For vehicles, that is your number plates.
Today we read the open RDW data for your vehicles and set up your APK reminders ourselves.
You receive an email before a date comes up, so you can plan the job in your own time.
We aim to automate the steps we now do by hand. Nothing happens without your approval.
Enter the number plate of a company vehicle to see when its APK expires. It uses open RDW data and runs in your browser.
Want reminders for all your vehicles? Request beta access.
Your number plate goes straight from your browser to the RDW. We do not store it.

Not fully. We are opening a beta and want to start with a small group of businesses. Today the only things that exist are APK reminders, sent by hand, and a free APK check tool that runs in your browser. Everything else on this page is planned.
Honestly: nothing yet. Today people at HomeZero do the work by hand. Later, HomeZero AI aims to do these steps automatically, such as spotting what is due and preparing a reorder or an appointment. It will ask for your approval before it acts.
We want to start with small businesses that run a few company vehicles, such as vans or cars, and later want help with supplies such as printer paper, ink and toner. Our aim is to grow from a few vehicles to fleets and several locations.
Not yet. Today we only send reminders. Ordering printer paper, ink, toner and drinks is planned and would need your approval each time. For some orders it also depends on a supplier that allows it.
The APK expiry date comes from the open data of the RDW, which publishes it per number plate for free reuse. For everything else, the information comes from you.

No. A logistics AI that manages a company's warehouse is a long-term idea, far from built. We mention it so you know where we would like to go.
Not yet. We start in the Netherlands because we use Dutch vehicle data (RDW). We have no plans or dates for other countries to share today. Tell us in the form if you would use it elsewhere.
We use your contact details and your number plates only to run the beta and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time. See our privacy page.
