What is settled
Use of your details
We use your contact details, and your number plates if you give them to us, only to run the beta and to contact you about it.
No selling
We do not sell your data.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time, on request.

Who is responsible
Floris-Jan Hollemans, trading as HomeZero, is responsible for your data.
What we collect
When you sign up: your name, email address, the language of the page, the time, what you are interested in, and for businesses the company name and number of vehicles if you fill them in. You also confirm that you agree. The legal basis is your consent.
Where your data is stored
In a Google Sheet. Google processes it on our behalf, and Google also sends the confirmation email. We use no analytics and no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
A sign-up you do not confirm by email is deleted after 30 days at most. A confirmed sign-up is kept until you unsubscribe or the beta ends, whichever comes first.
The free APK check
Your browser looks up the number plate directly in open data from the RDW. We do not receive or store the plate.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
